This Privacy and Cookies Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make an inquiry on trantorai.ws (hereinafter, the 'Site'), and how TRANTOR MKT SL uses cookies and similar technologies.

When you voluntarily connect an advertising or social media platform (Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook Pages, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, or others), we access your campaign and account performance data through that platform's official API. Depending on the platform connected, this includes:

• Meta Ads: ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, and performance metrics (impressions, reach, spend, clicks).
• Facebook Pages: list of managed pages, posts, and engagement metrics per post and page history.
• Instagram: basic business account profile information, media content, and performance insights (reach, impressions, interactions, aggregated audience data).
• Google Ads and Google Analytics 4: campaign data, keyword performance, and web traffic metrics.

This data is used exclusively to provide the analytics service to the user who authorized the connection. It is not shared with other users or used for any purpose other than the contracted service. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the platform from the connectors panel on the Site.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data under the following legal bases (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Art. 6):

• Contract performance (Art. 6.1.b): Registration Information and connected platform campaign data are necessary to provide the contracted service.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f): Device Information is used to detect fraud, ensure Site security, and improve its operation.
• Consent (Art. 6.1.a): non-essential cookies (analytics, functional) are only set with your explicit prior consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

How We Use Your Personal Information

• Registration Information: to manage your account, offer personalized recommendations, and communicate with you about the service.
• Device Information: to detect potential risks and fraud, and to improve and optimize the Site.
• Connected platform campaign data: to generate analysis, reports, and improvement recommendations within the platform, exclusively for the benefit of the user who owns the data.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We share information only with the following data processors, who act under our instructions and with appropriate safeguards:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): infrastructure hosting and data storage in the eu-north-1 region (Stockholm, Sweden), within the European Economic Area.
• Google Analytics: aggregated analysis of Site usage, processed in accordance with Google's privacy terms.

Data obtained from Meta, Google, or other connected platform APIs is not shared with any third party.

• Registration Information: while your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will erase your data within a maximum of 30 days.
• Connected platform campaign data: retained while the connection is active and for a maximum of 12 months after disconnection, unless you request deletion earlier.
• Device Information and analytics data: in accordance with Google Analytics retention settings (maximum 26 months).

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us at hello@trantor.ws so we can arrange its deletion.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy and cookies policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of significant changes via a notice on the Site or by email.
