Does Trantor analyze all my data automatically?

You don't need to choose metrics or configurations. You just connect your account, ask your question and Trantor takes care of everything: accesses your campaigns, selects the relevant data and applies the appropriate analyses.

Trantor will consider the most common metrics and interpret them in the most standardized way in the industry. If these metrics or interpretation are not adequate for your case, you can indicate it in natural language and Trantor will adapt to your specific needs.

Where does Trantor get its data from?

Trantor connects directly to your Meta Ads account through its official API. This ensures you always have access to real-time, accurate data from your active campaigns.

Additionally, you can now upload documents and files to provide additional context to your conversations. These files are stored securely and used exclusively to enhance the AI's understanding of your specific needs.

Does Trantor share my data with third parties?

No. Your data is private and only you can see it. Trantor never shares information from your campaigns with third parties. In future features you will be able to compare your results with anonymous benchmarks and public sources, always with transparency about the origin of the data.

Does Trantor remember my past conversations?

Yes. The system saves your conversation history. Depending on your plan, the complete or partial history will be stored. You can create multiple conversations, organize them by campaigns, and Trantor will remember the context of each one. This allows you to continue analysis sessions without having to repeat information.

You can also update conversation titles, clear message history, or delete conversations you no longer need, giving you full control over your interaction history.

Can I associate conversations with specific campaigns?

Yes. When you create a new conversation, you can link it to one or more campaigns, up to a limit that depends on your plan. This makes Trantor's responses more contextual and relevant, as it will focus on the data and metrics of those campaigns.

The chat interface also provides dynamic prompt suggestions based on the selected campaigns, making it easier to ask the right questions.

Are there limits on how much I can use the chat?

Yes, there are daily token limits to ensure optimal service for all users. Tokens measure the amount of text processed by the AI. The exact limits depend on your subscription plan. If you reach your daily limit, you can continue using the service the next day.

Security and privacy

Is it safe to connect my Meta account with Trantor?

Yes. Trantor accesses your campaigns using your own Meta token, which you can revoke at any time. We comply with European Union regulations on privacy and data protection (such as GDPR).

Can I delete my data at any time?

You can access all information about your campaigns through natural conversation with Trantor's AI. Simply ask questions in plain language and Trantor will retrieve and analyze the relevant data from your Meta Ads account.

Account and settings

How do I create an account?

Don't worry. On the login page, click 'Forgot password?' and enter your email address. We'll send you a secure link to reset your password. The link is valid for 24 hours.

Can I update my profile information?

Yes. Go to your profile settings to update your personal information, professional details (company, sector, country), and account preferences. You can also manage your connected accounts (Meta and Google) from there.

How do I disconnect my Meta Ads account?

In your profile settings, you'll find options to manage your Meta Ads connection. You can disconnect your Meta Ads account at any time. Note that disconnecting it will prevent Trantor from accessing your campaign data until you reconnect. Your Google account is only used for login authentication and doesn't need to be disconnected.
